[email protected] 4 oz sliced mushrooms 1 onion, finely chopped 1 tsp dried basil 1 1/2 oz butter 4 oz fresh breadcrumbs 1/4 lb Lancashire cheese Gently fry the mushrooms and onions until soft. Add the breadcrumbs, basil and crumbled cheese and stir together. Roll 6 slices of white bread flat and spread with the mushroom mixture. Roll each slice up, place on a greased baking tray and bake for 5 to 15 minutes at 190C 375F until brown. |
