Take fair milk an flour, an drawe it thorw a strainer, an set it over the fire, an let it boil a-whyle; than take it out an let it kele; than take yolks of eggs y-draw thorwe a straynour, an caste thereto; than take sugar a good quantyte, and caste thereto, an a little salt, an set it on the fire tyl it be sum-what thikke, but let it nowt boil fullyche, an stere it well, an put it on a dish alle a-brode, and serve forth rennyng.
