ROSEE.
Take blanched milk as to fore welled. Cast thereto sugar a good portion pine-nuts. Dates minced. Cinnamon. & powder ginger and seethe it, and ally it with flowers of white Roses, and flour of rice, cole it, salt it & present it forth. If thou wilt in stede of Almond milk, take sweet cremes of cows.
