[email protected] 400g bilberries or blueberries the juice of one Lemon, sieved 4 globes of Preserved Stem Ginger, plus a dessertspoon (10ml) syrup from the jar 5 big sprigs fresh mint, washed Method 1. Crush 300g of the berries with a fork, adding the lemon juice and ginger syrup. 2. Tear the mint leaves to shreds. 3. Chop the ginger finely. 4. Add both ingredients to the crushed berries. 5. Scatter with the whole berries, add a pinch of salt and some pepper, and mix together. |
