Sea turtle meat with cream, curry powder and sherry. Now occasionally reproduced using mussels instead of the, endangered, turtles. The story is that Lady Curzon (1870-1906), wife of the Viceroy of India Lord George Nathaniel Curzon, had her cook provide this method of supplying the necessary alcohol at teetotal events.
