Cissy Green Pie

A distinctive form of hand-raised growler pie filled with minced meat. A thinner crust than other hand-raised pies with a distinctive dished top. A specialty of Greens Bakery, 30 Deardengate, Haslingden, Rawtenstall, Lancashire said to be named after a daughter of the baking family in the 19th Century.
