Pork and cheese pie. The name may be associated with 'flaumpaump', meaning an odd mixture.

FLAUMPENS
Take fat Pork salted, scrape it clean, grynde it small. Grynde cheese & do thereto with sugur and good powders. Make a coffyn [casing] of an inch deep and do this forcemeat therin, make a thin foile of good paste & carve out theroff small poyntes, fry them in forcemeat. & bake it up &c;
