[email protected] VECTIS PUDDING 2 oz currants 2 chopped apples 8 oz self-raising flour mixed spice 4 oz suet 2 oz sugar lemon rind 2 tbsp golden syrup. Mix flour and suet to a stiff paste with water. Roll out thinly and spread with a mixture of currants, apples, golden syrup, sugar, lemon rind and spice. Roll up, close the ends firmly.
